With all the disco dancing going on, your guests will need plenty of food to eat, so you'll want to serve a variety of easy to eat finger foods that may be eaten between dances. Cheese fondue served with skewered meat or chunks of bread will always be popular, as well as veggie trays with ranch dip, and chips and onion dip. Pizza was a favorite then, as now.
